Flight Simulator PC build

We’re just in the process of custom-building a flight sim specific PC for one of our customers.  He plans on running Microsoft’s Flight Sim X, X-Plane and Lockheed Martin’s simulator Prepar3D.  We’re going to be overclocking the Intel Core i7 4770k processor using the Corsair H60 water cooling system.  With the unlocked multiplier on the 4770k it should clock up nicely.  Here are the specs:
